This website provides information about the non-medical in-home care services offered by Gentle Touch Home Assist LLC, and lets you request an assessment or contact us. Using the site does not create a care relationship. Care begins only once an assessment has taken place and a written service agreement is in place.

Gentle Touch Home Assist provides non-medical in-home care. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment or medication administration. Nothing on this website is medical, legal or financial advice. The articles in our Resource Center are general guidance only. Always consult a qualified professional about your own situation, and speak to a physician about anything clinical.

This website is not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Forms, email and the chat assistant on this website are not monitored continuously and must never be used to report an emergency.

Employment applications are submitted through CareSmartz360, a third-party system, and are governed by that provider’s terms. Submitting an application does not constitute an offer of employment, and nothing on this website should be read as guaranteeing an interview, specific hours, specific pay or a position.

We work to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything is complete or free of error. Service availability, coverage areas and pricing can change. The figures and terms that apply to you are the ones set out in your written care plan and service agreement.
