All applications go through our secure online application hosted by CareSmartz360. Select any 'Apply Online' button on this site and it will open the application in a new tab. We do not accept applications through this website or through the chatbot.
Experience helps, but it is not always required. We look just as hard for reliability, patience and genuine compassion. Training and orientation are provided before your first assignment.
Certification is valuable and opens up more assignments, but it is not required for every role. Apply and tell us what you have — we will be straight with you about what it qualifies you for.
It varies depending on how quickly screening and documentation are completed, and on current openings. Our recruiting team will keep you updated on where your application stands.
You tell us your availability and we match you with assignments that fit it. We cannot guarantee specific hours, since it depends on client needs in your area, but we build around your availability rather than against it.
Reliable transportation to your assignments is important, and some roles include driving clients to appointments or errands. Tell us your situation in the application and we will match you accordingly.
We serve Plainfield, Naperville, Bolingbrook, Joliet, Shorewood and communities across Will and DuPage Counties. We try to match caregivers with clients reasonably close to where they live.
Non-medical care: helping with bathing and dressing, preparing meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility support, companionship and transportation. Caregivers do not perform medical or skilled nursing tasks.
The CareSmartz360 application collects your work history, availability, qualifications and the documentation needed for employment. Never enter Social Security numbers, banking details or identification documents anywhere except the official CareSmartz360 application and formal onboarding — this website will never ask for them.

A note about your personal information
Applications are handled entirely through our secure CareSmartz360 system. This website and our chat assistant will never ask you for a Social Security number, government identification, background-check information or banking details — those are only ever collected through the official application and formal onboarding process.
